Ms Rosemary Kaczynski CMRMA, MIIM

The Principal and founder Ms Rosemary Kaczynski has the experience and complimentary qualifications to ensure best practice and uniquely tailored systems are employed whenever projects are undertaken. She has been involved in the information industries for a period in excess of 30 years. In addition to her wide and varied experience she also holds a Graduate Diploma Information Management (Archives and Records) from Melbourne University, as well as a Certificate of Records Administration. She currently holds “Member Status” with the RMAA.

Prior to establishing Document Management Consultancy as one of the most trusted and well reputed records management consultancies, Rosemary worked for a number of Organisations including: -

Local Government

As the Principal Consultant for DMC, Rosemary has been involved with a number of industries and sectors of the community, gaining extensive experience with systems design, project management, implementations, disposal and archival projects ranging from sentencing to the establishment of in-house archives.

In addition to the consultancy aspects, Rosemary is also a well respected educator and trainer, having lectured at Swinburne University - Prahran Campus, RMIT and Monash University. As well as her involvement in the education sector, Rosemary has presented a number of session on behalf of the RMAA to its membership, as well as to other bodies such as the MAV, RAIA, and DAMA.

DMC also runs training and conferencing in conjunction with Tesskaz Business Services.

Rosemary is a well respected member of the Records Management Association of Australasia (RMAA), having served in a number of voluntary roles including: -

She is also a member of the IIM - Institute of Information Management.
